Tori, Andy and the team were absolute professionals and worked really hard to try and help build a vision of what we wanted for our wedding. We came to them with a bit of a task of trying to incorporate our favourite foods from our Vietnamese and English cultures as well as have space to accommodate as many dietary requirements as possible. We went through a number of menus and had a great tasting experience (felt like a real fine dining meal) where we agreed our menu, although I couldn’t imagine how they’d do it on such a large scale for a wedding of circa 140 people. Our three course menu was: Vietnamese summer roles (starter), trout, veg and potato (main) with vegetarian lentil wellington for the veggies, and passion fruit cheese cake and blood orange sorbet (dessert). On the day, service was seamless, I have no idea the stresses the team had and the food was amazing, both my partner and I have parents with high food standards and we’ve never seen them polish off the whole meal – they wolfed it down! And through my nerves on the day I could actually enjoy the delicious meal! In particular, the Vietnamese summer rolls, absolutely nailed it and the sauce! SO GOOD! Later on we had cheese and onion pasties and fish and chips. The quality of the food was excellent and we had people loving them – We’ve got so many people sending me selfies with pasties! The staff were excellent, we had staff checking on myself and my wife whilst we were having photographs taken, making sure we ate. Big shout out to the staff who came directly to us with the appetizers, especially the one who came all the way to the little bridge. We really appreciate it and felt well taken care of. The guys gave us reassurance and were always contactable with anything we needed to follow up on. We already had one of my friends ask for your details for her wedding next year, after she had your food at ours Thank you so much guys, we’re so glad we invested in you as you really made our day.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Tori, Andi and the whole The Cheshire Dining Experience team are! They are experienced, professional, innovative, talented and above all lovely, lovely people. We loved the whole concept of their company from the locally sourced food to the ethical approach they adopt. My husband and I both consider ourself 'foodies' and Andi and Tori did not disappoint. They effortlessly combined my husbands Italian heritage and my theatrical background into the menu creating a spectacle as well as incredible tasting food that our guests have not stopped talking about! Andi worked so hard on perfecting the menu for us and making sure it was exactly what we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. Tori answered all of my million questions in the run up to the wedding and was so helpful and knowledgable with everything, not only the food but anything from tableware to the running order of the day. Their team are extremely professional, attentive and the service on the day was seamless. They could not do enough to make every guest feel looked after on the day. The Cheshire Dining Experience catered our wedding and everything they delivered was absolutely exceptional. Tori and Andi are the perfect team and provided a friendly, thorough and professional service. The food, from the canapés right the way through to the Mexican street food at the end of the night, was absolutely outstanding. We've had countless compliments from guests on how amazing everything was and we completely agree. We thought it was the best food we've had at a wedding, and lots of people have told us as much, too. All the staff were brilliant – even when they had to fend off all seven ushers who sprinted across the lawn to try and steal a goat's cheese beignet meant for the bride! If anyone asked us for catering recommendations in Cheshire, they are the only people we’d suggest. It was faultless and they played a huge part in our special day.
The Cheshire Dining Experience recently catered our wedding, and I don't know where to begin in describing how amazing they were! From helping us create the most incredible menu full of our favourite foods, to the delicious menu tasting and finally amazing execution on the day, Andy and Tori were a dream to work with. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the food was, and I cannot recommend them enough!
Tori and Andi really are worth looking at if you want personalised, relaxed, yet classy catering. Their team catered for my wife Fliss and I for our wedding. The food was amazing and people were really wowed from the canapés, through the meal, to the desert. The highlights being the burnt marshmallow ice cream, the mushroom profiteroles and the beetroot and goats cheese macarons. The process of choosing food, going for a tasting, confirming arrangements and then the organisation of the day was a real joy. There was no stress because there was such good and clear communication. Andi and Tori were a big part of our day, and felt like friends by the end. It is worth noting how easily they catered for Fliss as a coeliac, several vegan and vegetarian guests, and some relatives with peculiar dietary requirements. We could not have been happier with our choice, and truly would recommend them for a personal and delicious feast.
The Cheshire Dining Experience provided us with the most delicious Christmas Dinner this year, prepared and ready to cook it was all presented in a box with beautiful instructions and all tasted simply divine. It included canapes, full dinner and desert and dietary requirements were well catered for. This is the second time we have had Xmas Dinner from them and long may it continue, this is the way to do it - the TCDE way!!
