Food was lovely. Service was completely unacceptable. Having watched the table next to us have to go to the reception desk to talk to the duty manager about not getting drinks or food we decided to leave after 25 minutes of being ignored as well. All of this to be met with the great news that their card machine wasn't working so I needed to go and get cash, which is advised against given current guidance. Pure failure on the part of the duty manager who seemed intent on spending more time on the phone than making sure that paying customers were taken care of.

Nice atmosphere, nice food. Polite waiting staff my only gripe is when we arrived we were told we had to leave by a certain time. The hostess was a bit cold but wait staff brilliant.
Been here almost 2 hours, not even managed to get 2 drinks... waiting for 45 mins to get a second drink! Please, if you're going to employ under 18s- give them some decent hospitality training. Two younger servers, were more interested in chatting to a group of students ordering Jaeger bombs than paying any attention to anyone else. Won't be back again, this is the second let down in under a month, the first being a large party meal where a pork belly dish was cold TWICE.
Service not the fastest but very friendly and food is reliably good. A nice place for a little treat.
