Love the taste - taste the love We have lived in Weston Turville for 26 years and are moving. We'll miss the exquisite food and atmosphere at The Chequers and we'll be coming back as visitors! Thanks guys, for all the fun and friendship. For anyone reading this - you must not miss this lovely family business with its superb food and friendly service.
Impeccable food, we did both the set menu and the Al la cart. You are also able to mix from either menu. All of the food was plate licking'ly good ! Prices are reflected in this magnificent selection of food, yet undoubtedly worth every penny. The staff all very nice and respectable with in the current focus, wearing masks and keeping distances. Top point, was that the staff introduced each ingredient to every dish. The setting of the pub is rustic and unspoilt, with exposed wooden beams running down brick walls. There's plenty of parking around the size and at the rear.
Amazing food. Full of flavour. We went for a birthday meal. Service was spot on. Will be going back for sure!
Peace and tranquility. From start to finish. A happy trio of mum's without babes in arms, be it young or old. This was better than a Spa. Chat, sanity and cleaning the sole we spent 6 hours leisurely tasting mouthful of care, love and skill.
