How can you not love The Cheesecake Factory? It's a brand we all know and love right? This quick review is just that.Came in during V-Day weekend and our bartender Nicholas was very helpful and knowledgeable with drinks and food. we luckily caught happy hour and had drinks as we were guest at one of the hotels nearby on a staycation. I definitely felt safe with current guidelines and the measures this restaurant took to make me feel some what safe.

Stopped by for lunch. Great location. Greeted promptly and seated. Ordered the pizza and salad lunch special. Both were above average. Very reasonable price. Happy to stop by again.
Was at cheesecake at oak brook. The server Jairo went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, from making recommendations, to really truly understanding his guest, and bringing condiments before we asked. In the time of covid everyone is on edge but he sure made it comfortable for us, wearing his mask and keeping social distancing norms. Truly a safe place to enjoy a meal. I have been here before, it is one of my favorite places to eat. The entre and appetizers were fresh and absolutely delicious, as always. I truly love it and do recommend them!
Do not order curbside from this restaurant. We ordered our food for curbside pickup at 548. At 634 our food delivery person came out and told us they have lost our order and took a picture of the receipt, claiming he will have it in a moment. However, it wasn’t until 707 that the food actually arrived at the car. It arrived with an apology but there was no extra desert or any discount on our order whatsoever. The food here is usually good but this service is literally the worst I can ever remember...so be warned.
Had a birthday dinner and our server Michael G was great. Dinner went smooth and the service was awesome. One of our orders was delayed and he kept us inform. Thank you for a great experience.
