To find this great coffee shop, look for Costa, then it's next door. Nicer Coffee in my opinion & an independent local business to support rather than just the giant PLC conglomerates.

Stumbled across this absolute gem whilst visiting Buxton. My two favourites things in one place: good vegan food and spice! We had breakfast and lunch here and the food was superb on both visits! The Sandalwood and Cinnamon blue latte was to die for. We’ll definitely be back in our next visit to the Peaks.
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! The food was incredible! It's perfect for vegetarian's and vegan's as there are many options for all. All the flavours and spices used were so intense that my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The Indian style fry up option couldn't be recommended any higher! The matcha and ginger latte wasn't something I'd usually go for, but now it may just be my new favourite thing, I would strongly suggest you give it a go, it's fantastic! The staff were amazing and extremely polite and the service was fast. The restaurant itself was lovely and spacious, very clean and peaceful, a perfect place to eat our late breakfast. The restaurant followed social distancing regulations. Had a hand sanitiser station upon entry, a plastic screen at the counter and made sure every table was spaced out appropriately. 5/5. Top marks all round! Favourite place in Buxton and a must visit!
Excellent Brunch We found the Chakra Lounge while killing an hour in Buxton and it was a great discovery. Tried their Indi Vegetarian breakfast and it was lovely - it's a large plateful so make sure you're hungry. My wife tried their Maggie Noodles and the only negative was the poached egg was not runny. So thoroughly recommend you give them a try next time you're in Buxton.
An independent gem of a cafe on the Buxton high street, that puts an Indian twist on tearoom classics. Great coffee and wonderful masala chai. Thick and creamy lasso. The breakfasts are incredibly filling and tasty. We enjoyed the Bollywood Benedict Boat, awash with tikka hollandaise, the punjabi chilli cheese toasts and the super egg bowl with smoked salmon. One pointer for next time - would have liked the scrambled eggs cooked for a minute or two less, as they were a touch dry. Really pleasant and friendly staff, and a cosy, colourful haven if you want a slightly different tearoom experience. Book ahead if you can, or expect a little wait for a table, as they're deservedly busy.
