Afternoon lunch brilliant service. The beef burger was gorgeous! The chips were ok - very big but nice and hot all homemade by the look of them including the burger. We had Nachos the actual nachos were lovely but had huge blobs sour sauce and guacamole which i like but not that much and not enough cheese. Good waitress service. Lovely little pub and not bad for afternoon lunch

Just had lunch at The Castle. Sat out in the lovely garden. The food was absolutely delicious and great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend as a great place to visit and to have a meal.

Incredible service from friendly, covid-safe staff! Food is incredible and a warm atmosphere. Really lovely place that I can't recommend enough.
Just love this friendly village pub, always greeted with a smile and a cold pint. Restaurant and bar food is exceptional and best of all is found in the garden from Dough Boys providing stone baked pizza cooked in an authentic Portuguese wood fired oven!
