We visited this pub last weekend and were made to feel pretty on edge and nervy the whole time. On entering the pub we were pretty much shouted at to sign up to the track and trace document that was not that obvious, no hello, welcome, how are you? The food was nice but the children’s food had loads of salt on which is not ok!!! Won’t be going back due to the anxious atmosphere. Hope the pub take this on board, it’s weird times for us all and I really want pubs to survive but they’ve got to do better than this.

This is a nice spot with nice garden and being well managed in current conditions. Local Brewpub. We had some issues with incomplete orders but these were rectified and resolved most amicably. Nice choice of ales and a gastroesque limited menu with some pub favourites. Biodegradable pint pots a good move. Give it a try!

Relaxed dog friendly country pub in the heart of Limpsfield chart. Warm and friendly vibe with outside sitting area and large garden. Good food and beers. Eat in or out one of my favourites after a hearty walk on the chart!
Quaint and cosy pub in the small town of Surrey off Tally Road. For trail walkers it’s the first pit stop if you are on the Oxted Circular trail walk. Carpenters Arms is easily accessible for a trail walker- in fact this comes as a relief after a 5.5 mile walk from Oxted and as soon as you cross the B269 Highway this pub appears on the left side and the access is through a row of houses on an unsurfaced lane. This is managed by Westerham Brewery that has around 3 pubs in the region. Their stout and 1965 special bitter ale is commendable.
