I bought a Jaguar XK sold to me by Steve 6 months ago just before the lockdown. I have waited this long before leaving my review. I don't easily trust sales people that I have just met. Steve kept his word on every promise. He sold me a fantastic car which I am over the moon with. I highly recommend going through Steve. I would definitely buy from Steve again in the future. Steve gets a full five stars from me.

Unfortunately I can't give no stars as the has been the worst attempt to buy a car in my life. I first enquired about the BMW on the 6th of January (wish I hadn't now) and after a lot of cancelled appointment and failed promises i got to drive the car on the 23rd of January. no fuel in car to do a proper test drive only a very short one, no trade plates and a car with so many fault it shocked me it had taken two weeks to get it ready . When i got back to the garage Ricky just shrugged his shoulder and said the car not for you then as i cant respond to the reply from garage i will put my reply here the car is not advertiser as part exchange to clear car and i was never told it was one
Top quality cars and customer service, if I could give more stars I would! The guys here are amazing this is the second car we have brought from them in the last 2 years. Always very polite and helpful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend The Car Shop to all my friends and family.
I've bought my 2 previous cars from this place. Steve (I think his name was) has always been helpful and friendly. Now coming to the end of my current finance, I'll be going back to them again
