Great customer experience. Viewed the car Saturday morning, COVID procedure was explained over the phone. When viewing the car there was no hassling or pushy salesmen techniques that we see so often in large dealerships. The car was also greatly priced vs the market, especially with 12months MOT, service, and warranty. The car was ready to collect on the Monday. Fantastic. After they collected me from the train station (again, fantastic!) The car looked perfect, freshly polished and valeted - This level of customer service far exceeded our expectations and had exceeded previous experiences at other dealerships. I'd like to thank Glynn and the team for all their efforts and fully recommend.

Bought St from here having bought 4 door protectors at 100. 4 new door seals. Had two bought for me from the garage. So cost me 150 wheels refurbished 230. 700 on paint as it was a shame as it was too stone chipped to leave it! But it was my prerogative to do this bit. It's now got mould in the boot growing as its letting in water behind the bumper threw the air venting vents on passenger side and all in the boot is soaking wet dont know how much this is going to cost me got it booked in a garage next week! This was not a good buy for 9000!!!

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Glynn and his team at Car Mill Blackburn, best car sales team by a mile, even in these circumstances! Purchased an L200 Warrior as I needed one for work. The only down side is I had to trade in my Audi TT! Thanks for the 5 star treatment

Be very aware buying a car here, I purchased a car from them and only had it a month, worst car I've had in my entire life. I traded it in at a major dealership, and was told after that they couldn't sell it and the car had to be scrapped.
