My wife and I visited the Candlestick in Sept 2020 and had a lovely time here. The staff were very friendly, great service, great drinks, very good value for money. Would definitely come back here and recommend it to others. (Having seen the last review, we are from Essex and were warmly welcomed!!)

Lovely walk
Great pub with a good selection and friendly staff. Doesn't matter if you enjoy real ale, lager, cider or spirits you will find plenty of options. Nice place to relax and close to the harbour or town. Will keep going back when I'm in Whitehaven.
Sadly cant tell you what it's like because the door policy is locals only.
