Very disappointing experience. The roses I ordered on Monday were as good as dead by Thursday despite being plunged straight into water and kept in a cool place. I left a voice message with the shop and received no reply. I wouldn't use this shop again. Buyer beware...

last minute decision to send flowers - very helpful and friendly service on the phone, able to send plants growing in a container rather than flowers for someone who doesn't have a vase! Checked colour preferences to offer what would suit the room. Ordered at around 9.30am, delivered the same morning - recipient v happy, tells me it's very pretty and has sent me a photo of the display on her window sill.
