Why not 7 stars?? Really tasty I might not have the right words for it. ...Best burger and fries ever. And really really delicious beer. GREAT place! Must visit in Cambridge. And yes, the beer was fantastic. Worth every penny.... If I could I would drink it every day. And (sorry for the second additional note..) the desserts must also be mentioned! Damn tasty!!!!!
Quite possibly the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. Made to feel unwelcome from the outset by the young lady showing us to our table. Repeatedly given reminders of time constraints which were completely unfounded considering the establishment was at just over half capacity. When our party politely asked for explanation as to why we were needing to rush our drinks and leave, we were greeted with confrontation and abrasiveness. Ultimately incredibly disappointing and disheartening at this difficult time where togetherness and harmony are of utmost importance.
Visited last night and my god was I impressed. Had longhorn steak pie and washed it down with a pint of Kings Parade. Absolutely delicious and look forward to going back for more.
Great place with wonderful atmosphere. Not quite a local neighborhood pub, but definitely not a huge alienating joint either. Local beer is excellent, and I really liked the food, as someone not very familiar with British cuisine. Service was very attentive. Might get crowded so you should order a place in advance.
