Nice pub with pool table and dart board friendly helpful staff. Back again...sampling the food menu, absolutely awesome!! We will be back! Fantastic place.

The place was empty when we visited. Kids loved the pastas. We had burgers and it was good. Not too much of the atmosphere there, but was early still. Staff was lovely and attending. Clean as a 3 stars, pretty ok.
Very welcome, dog friendly, food was way better then expected hot and fresh we had all day brekfast....and toast and hot drinks qod recommend also parking if you eat there its free :)
We stopped here for lunch on 14th September and got a parking ticket. Nobody at the bar offered advice about some sort of registration for parking when having a meal, although we registered for the covid 19 with name, postcode and telephone number at the bar, and having proof we ate and paid for the food there at the time stated, the appeal against the parking fine was rejected. For a pub car park to have a camera with vehicle registering system giving accurate times seems a bit OTT. So beware. The drinks were OK, but the sandwiches were only average using flannel bread.
Food good although due to current situation not as much choice. Staff friendly & helpful . Manager put Tom & Jerry on the TV for our grandson.
