Ordered Jamaican fruit cake for our wedding without having tasted it because we don't live in the area. I was marrying into a Jamaican family and didn't realise until the day that it was risky to give Jamaican cake to a Jamaican family who will know what good cake tastes like. Anyway I loved it and my new family said it was amazing. So it was a great success!

Ordered a last minute \miniature\ wedding cake from The Cake Tailor. Really, really impressed. Her communication was spot on throughout, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Able to cater to any requests and the end product was fanatic (as you can see!), collection time was arranged with everything being finalised in time. Tasted fantastic and over the moon with the final result. Definately reccomend The Cake Tailor to anyone and everyone!!
Beautifully made cakes. The detail, creativity and the time Laura takes is amazing. Have had 2 birthday cakes made for my son and 2 Christmas cakes for my mum and they, as well as myself, have been very satisfied with the end result! Laura is a true inspiration and would highly recommend her to others. I will continue to use The Cake Tailor for future celebrations.
The Cake Tailor has been making the most amazing cakes for me for a very longtime. Nothing fazes her even the most complicated or bizarre ideas/requests she manages to meet and produces these fantastic as well as delicious creations. Recently one of my grandchildren wanted to learn how to decorate cakes and for her birthday she had a Cake Decorating Party Lesson at my house with her friends. The Cake Tailor brought everything needed. They absolutely loved it and they learned loads of techniques and all took home a very professional looking box of cupcakes. One of the little girls said ‘this has been the best day of my life’ !!! And I think she really meant it !
Laura has made so many cakes over the years for me and my family including my best friends wedding cake and cupcakes. Her cakes are fantastic and she goes above and beyond to create exactly what you are looking for. I would have no hesitation to highly recommend the cake tailor.
