Order was ordered at 09:50 for Deliver at 10:50. I had something to deal with by 12:30 but this was plenty of time, It came to 11:20 & the order had not arrived so I tried to ring the restaurant & the number is inactive . By 12 I managed to get a messaged to them via the just-eat app asking where it was & it then said, ordered delay until 12:25. Now I had no chance of being there then as I had to head out & they refused to cancel the order, if they had a working number or contacted me when they knew they were going to be 2 hours late I could have headed our beforehand and been back in time

Terrible service. Ordered via Just Eat 1 and a half hours ago, they updated the all to say food was on its way 1 hour ago. Called restaurant 30 mins ago to be told food was on its way - still not arrived and now the app says delivered! Seems like I'm not the only person this has happened to. Avoid!
