Lived in the area for 30 years never visited the Butchers before. We met some friends there 30 Oct. We could meet friends as we were tier 1. Really surprised excellant quality food at very good prices. Friendly welcome and good service. Definitely will visit again.
A fantastic pub, lovely staff, superb food. Ate here with a friend the food was perfect, so good that we will be returning to the pub for dinner and to explore the local area more. My friends steak and my fish was excellent, very tasty, great chips. A little gem of a place, the owner made us feel very welcome many thanks for your great service! 10/10*
A really welcoming pub, excellent food and the best pint of Plum Porter around. Only moved to the area 6 months ago and we're already greeted like old friends and always given wonderful service. Also, do yourself a favour and try the chicken wings, life-changingly good.
Lovely food, wear something warm its always cold in the Conservatory.
