Think we are very lucky to have such a good Doctors practice. The Doctors, Nurses and office staff are all very helpful and pleasant. We have always had excellent medical care.

All of the doctors, nurses are brilliant and the admin staff are always helpful.
Everyone I've encountered at this surgery (either by phone/at reception/GP appointment/collection from onsite dispensary) has been kind, helpful, professional and generally nice, smiley and there is a much more relaxed atmosphere than anywhere else. Parking very easy also.
Just moved from Ely (Cathedral Medical Centre), previously I would have to wait over 3 weeks for designated GP, and only get a 7 min appointment, that would be running at least 30 mins late. Here in Burwell, I got an appointment within 8 days, 12mins long and only running 10 mins late.
