An absolutely wonderful country pub, delicious food and charming service. We sat inside as it was raining but the garden looked great and full of summer colour. We will definitely be back.

A great pub. It was perfect for us, being just off the M4, and pretty much half was between home and a holiday in Wales. We reserved a table for lunch over the phone (very friendly staff), and the lunch exceeded expectations - the beef shin with dumplings (a daily special) was particularly good. Lovely staff, great food, and a very warm welcome. We'll come again
Rang with very short notice, but still managed to get booked in, despite a very full roster. Roast lamb was simply divine, and well recommended! Lovely, vintage pub, in a beautiful location. Wish it was closer so we could go more often!
Really good food here. I'd highly recommend. Staff were excellent too.
Had a great family meal. Service was good but the food was excellent. Fresh, well cooked and delicious, definitely not my last visit
