THE BEST PIZZA IN THE UK! We ate in one evening and had takeaway another. The pizzas are BEAUTIFUL! The service was good and they had a very friendly atmosphere. Bonus - they were dog friendly, so we could bring our furry kid along too, who just loved sharing my whitebait! The portion sizes are big and the prices good. Such a shame we found this place on holiday as we would be firm regulars if we were local.

I have visited this restaurant for my last 3 visits to Polperro and I have never been disappointed. The Pizza is always a very generous size and gorgeous. It's a quirky little place and very different from the norm but that's part of its attraction. The walls are covered with music memorabilia which always sparks of a conversation. The bar is small but it suits the style of the place. And the service is spot on. Dogs are allowed which is a bonus for us. I doubt very much that you'll be disappointed if you go there to eat hence a rating.
Very dissatisfied with food and attitude . After we had tried to eat food (which was more like over cooked food that had been kept warm for ages before serving,) we got up to leave , only to have the door slammed shut and bolted behind us . Very rude not to be recommended. Enter at your on peril . The Buccaneer is the right name as they are a bunch of pirates
