They help out good. And today I got help from a amazing woman. I'm at a nice place till I move out Of NYC. This place help you get a room and they work hard so you won't end up on the streets
So I was afraid of coming to this place because of the reviews but I went in and our guy was extremely professional and was no nonsense when it came to making sure we got what we was looking for. I think his name was Ronald. Very nice guy, and we took the very first room he sent us to. So i def recommend. I gave 4 stars because whoever that woman was that did the follow up got nasty with me and I did not appreciate that one bit. Other than that, the service I recommend.
Great Place ! The Nice Young Woman Ashley Is great at giving out locations finding the best price and very patient and always present through phone or in person (Office) She walks you through every step of the way. Trustworthy all receipts And apartments and studios Available ! Great Resource !
Considering they keep calling me to check up on my “experience” with my new room and then ask me to leave a review...I’ll go ahead and leave one. This place will act as if they care to help you find a room for their 200 fee of services from you and once that’s completed, they will not continue to help. They do not return phone calls or comply with the customers requests. Good luck to whoever tries!
