Went to this Optimum location to pick up something I needed. When I arrived there was a line. But I must say the line moved rather quickly. When I arrived there had to be at least 30 people in front of me. But I was only on line for maybe 15 minutes. There is a representative at the door to direct customers. The store is only letting in one person so if someone comes with you they will have to wait outside until you are done. The representative who assisted me was very helpful and professional. There are 2 machines in the lobby area to pay you bill but it only accepts cash. If you are paying by debit or credit card you can pay at the counter with a representative. I do think of you are elderly or disabled they don’t make you wait on the line as quite a few people went in without waiting.

They've implemented good safety procedures and are actually faster at serving customers.... Now if only they did something about all the pigeons trying to dive bomb you whilst standing in line outside. Seriously, there are dozens swooping all around you, bring an umbrella to protect you from getting poo on you!

Had to go to the south bronx just to change my modem , lucky my car was entact when I got out . On a serious note it was pretty fast had to wear mask and they check your temperature at the door but I guess that's the new norm. The service lady didn't know anything , but she said she was new and she smiled a lot so she gets a pass.

optimum turned of my service but were still charging me a monthly bill. this happened during the pandemic. i called optimum constantly but i would either leave a message for them to call back or when i got through and they transfer me and they would not pick up. i put a complain to get credit for the service being turned of but they refused instead optimum offer me a plan and then change to a higher amount. optimum came out to check my equipment to see if it was a problem with the equipment and charges 80 to come out and service you.i don't recommend optimum i suggest you select another provider.

Depressing experience. Fear based business tactics overload because of COVID-19. Although we are in this situation of COVID-19 there should of been someone screening the customers determining which one is on the long line just to pay bills via machine, who is upgrading their service, whom is cancelling their service etc. This way would have gone faster. This was not practiced and not utilized. I felt unappreciated as a customer. I came anyway to return equipment and cancel my service. Although customer service was not rude to me I was made by them and security to feel uncomfortable and profiled. They made me nervous. This time of disconnecting my service I will surely not return as a customer. Internet service not suitable for Zoom meetings etc. It's better I not return as a customer because of my expectations during this new age and new era of technological innovations to come. When something fails again and again it's better to move on to bigger and better and forget those and things through them that are not working. They say \if it ain't broke don't fix it.\ Sorry. This relationship is forever broken and unfixable. Tuesday, Feb. 16th. LOL! What? LOL! I was asked for feedback by the \alleged\ owner of Optimum after the same person asked others for feedback but didn't apply it. LOL! After my goodbye \love letter\ expressing my feelings I doubt my ending this failed elationship\ will last if reconciled. LOL! Better stay broken up than make up. LOL! There is plenty of fish in the sea-old school. LOL!
