F&J was a great place to shop, but now that is under new owners “Myers”, the customer service is horrible and the prices are extremely ridiculous. The staffs are rude and unprofessional, and it’s a unpleasant experience. I personally won’t be visiting back again, and won’t recommend anyone to this location. Not only did they lose a client, they are losing other customers who shared the same or worst experience. A word of a mouth goes a long way. “Client VS Customer” 1 ️

Place was always the best. Kept a lot of the same people. It's not F & J anymore, but it is still very good with great service.

The place as of today is being taken over by Myers. There is nothing in there and even with having barely anything in there , when you come in and offer your money at this location, they have an air about them like they don't like you, have something against you as a customer or they don't care for you. My mother went in to get four patches put on her jacket. (She has been a customer over a decade) At first she thought it was three, but when she said its actually four he spoke back to her in a rude way as if she lied and acting that having one extra patch put was a huge issue (there was no one in the store besides us two). My mom even offered to leave the jacket there since it seemed like such an issue for him. Wow.
