The first time I called they hung up. Second time I called I said someone hung up on me and they cut me off and said what happened with a rude attitude I was just calling to see how much it would be from my address to a different one in Manhattan. Very disrespectful and nasty never been so disgusted with someone’s attitude. Absolutely a disgrace of a “business” they have. Definitely would never recommend to anyone.

Rude Dispatchers, Okay Drivers. One time I was told to wait while they checked to see if a driver was available for my location. After 5 minutes the guy told me in the fastest way possible “there’s no drivers for that area” and hung up without an explanation or an apology at least.
I called the base and was told 1 minute. The guy kept calling me saying he was outside my address and he was NOT OUTSIDE MY ADDRESS. I told the dispatcher 3 times my address the cross street and she read it back to me. The dispatcher was the only nice part (if u dont actually have to be to work on time by THE DRIVER
I got charged 70 for a ride from 167th to lower manhattan, when other services like new day charge way less. Company not professional at all whoever i spoke to on the phone acted like he didn't hear me and hung up. I advise you call other taxi services before using this one.
