Worst experience ever. I order a catering 5 days prior to the pick up day. It was supposed to be ready by noon when i got there THEY WERE NOT EVEN AWARE OF MY ORDER. A lot of ingredients were missing, not tray available, they had to ask someone to go out and get the tray for them. I had to wait 25 minutes for the chef to prepare the items. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? The food is good but for cater you event don’t even think about this place.

UPDATE! I JUST WANT 1 EMPANADA AND THEY WANT ME TO STAND ON THIS LINE?!?!! You would imagine a place called Empanadas Monumental would have empanadas ready, but no.....they're yummy, but they take FOREVERRRR! You would think grabbing an empanada that should already be made and sitting in that incubator would be a 2 minute process. But No! They're slow AF!!! They never have the empanadas you want when you get to the front to pay too because they run out quick and you're guess what, waiting some more! UGHHHHH it's so annoying with them here and these long damn lines! I hate getting stuck behind someone ordering some sort of juice too because they have to pour or blend it. It's too time consuming.

I went in at 9 pm to get three empanadas and it took 40 minutues to get my order (not exaggerating). Keep in mind, there was no line and I ordered right away. It wasn't busy, they are simply disorganized and disinterested in customer service. Will not recommend it to anyone. This place was better when it was \Empanadas Monumental \. If this is their standard of service, the new owner must not really care.
