Decided to take my mom && sister to this location and we definitely enjoyed it. The service was amazing. The waiter was super attentive and nice. The food was incredible. The price is decent nothing too expensive. This restaurant won't disappoint. Go and try the food

So I’ve been waiting to try the food and it was better than what it looked on Instagram. We had the mofongo and also the camarones al ajillo and they were amazing. We drove in from Long Island and it was worth the trip. Our waitress went out of her way to make our dinner memorable.

If you live in the Bronx or are just visiting, you want to stop by Campesino Dominicano Restaurant. Since I visited during COVID, as soon as we walked in, they take our temperature and offered hand sanitizer. The restaurant was calm, nice music, great ambiance and most importantly, it was clean. Our food was DELICIOUS! It was our first time and it most definitely will not be our last. We ordered Chicken Croquettes to start. For the main dish... White Rice with Black Beans and Fried Pork Chops and my husband ordered Yuca Fries and Bistec with Onions. The food was hot, tasty and came out fast. Our server was Leida and she was the sweetest! Leida fue un amor... Todo estaba rico!, rico, rico!!! Gracias
