First time been here.found the pub to be light and bright unlike most of Wetherspoons pubs which tend to have subdued lighting. Beautiful beer garden. Found staff very pleasant and on the ball food good value for money will call in again. Only small gripe very small car park

It looks great from the outside it has a decent sized well groomed beer garden with tables with shades too and a great choice of ales which are well looked after. It's the inside decor that is the major let down as the place looks old and feels old. In keeping with its average age of its clientele during the day and some nights. Though there can be plenty of young people in here too especially at weekends. Really impressed with all the staff here who are most excellent and work hard for sure .
Went in the other day and ordered some food. Service was amazing! Nice staff, great food for value.
The smallest eggs I've ever seen. My eyeball is bigger than the yolk. Then in came 3 unruly kids and their mom. Playing on the tablet instead of eating. The volume was so loud. Should be banned when people want to eat their food in peace.
Went for something to eat on Steak Tuesday and although this is going to sound crazy I had the best steak iv ever had.
