Bradford on Avon is one of the prettiest places to visit, especially at Christmas time and the view from the window of this tearoom is unparalleled ... from the bridge, festooned with lights, to the twinkling Christmas Tree opposite. The mulled wine was fabulous and the selection and generous portions of cakes was superb. Service was super-friendly and attentive.

Amazing Tea Room with beautiful decor and excellent traditional British tea with large selection of cakes, and finger sandwiches, scones etc beautifully presented. They follow track and trace registration and all wear masks during this difficult time. They are dog friendly and the owner, Alison is wonderful, she even found the time to have a chat with us. Alison made us feel right at home, she is a history buff, so better study up and be prepared with a challenging question or two. We really loved this place, a fantastic find and would return. Without hesitation highly recommend!! I have your photo Alison but didn't want to post without your permission! Thank you for a wonderful memory!!

Without doubt, this is the finest tea room I have ever been to. Built in 1502, it's a quaint and atmospheric building, with a perfect ambience created by all the antiques and knickknacks. The waiting staff, all dressed in Victorian uniforms added to the feel of the place. The food was perfectly served on cake stands and everything tasted as fresh and delicious as it looked. The service was friendly and helpful. We were also fortunate to find that it was offering 25% off as it was still continuing the 'eat out to help out' scheme. A wonderful experience. This place deserves a ten out of ten and although just a visitor to the town, I hope to return one day.

Nice view across the lake, but there’s nothing particularly special about THIS location. Plenty of similar views as you walk along the water front.

Excellent - popped in on the off chance of getting a table, I was seated quickly. Delicious scone with cream and jam - scone was served warm, the right amount of soft crumbliness, tasty jam. Coffee came with a refill (rightly so for 3.60!). Great olde worlde building and settings. All in all really lovely, made even better by the government \eat out to help out\ discount currently in place. Would definitely go back.
