Fantastic gem of a Pub in a stunning location. Visited after walk on spec and made to feel very welcome. Excellent arrangements in place for Covid safety and compliance. Management and all staff were fantastic. Lovely drinks and the food / service was absolutely superb. There's a comprehensive menu to cater for all tastes. Atmosphere was lovely and we will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommended. Thank you !!!

Only 3 stars as just called in for a couple of pints and during Covid pandemic. Nice outside bar area due to Covid but with real ales on sale. Friendly staff. Would like to go again and try the food.
Very friendly young girl waited on us. The food was just perfect. Only dropped a star as it was a little chilly inside but that was due to the doors having to be continually open for the staff to go to the outside bar. Covid rules were being adhered to which was encouraging.
Really highly recommended It's easy to just leave a five star review if you enjoyed somewhere but this place really is worth it. We visited as a couple on a Saturday lunchtime. The efforts that have gone into making the fantastic \indoors outside\ bar area and making customers feel safe really deserve recognition. Despite it being busy, service was friendly, beers were good and the menu really had something for everyone. Beautifully presented, I had the Ploughman's - Pork pie, sausage rolls, cheese, salad, gerkins, pickled onions, chutney - not cheap stuff, these were top quality ingredients, it was really good value and beautifully presented. My partner had the \best ever fish butty\ which was also spectacular. The chips deserve a special mention for being the best pub chips ever. I'd recommend making The Bridge the place to stop for a snack or something for special - you'll be well looked after
Had a wonderful lunch here, the food was delicious (and all locally sourced ingredients) and the barman was really friendly. Our dog was welcome, which was great as we were out for a walk, they even gave him a bowl of water. Nothing too fancy but a great pub - would definitely recommend!
