Not a great experience. I ended up going alone because my BM was ill, which was fine, but just made me a bit more vulnerable to the experience. The person helping with the dresses was great and lovely, but I felt very pushed towards one dress (that I really didn't like). She claimed as my 'one' basically, but I knew that it wasn't. I also only went there for one dress, which is my fault for not checking if they had beforehand. But I was not shown any similar dresses, and the lady did not get how much I loved that one dress. I do have a certain taste, so I get that I'm probably not the easiest client. Anyways, the worst part is that I messaged Sue on ebay to see if I could try my dress on, but she was rude to me. Sue is not doing The Bridal Room any favours.

Totally amazing! The staff were so friendly, they offered hot drinks when we arrived. I was really nervous when I first went in but they settled me down. They took into consideration what dress I was looking for and found the perfect dress that I totally loved. Laura was amazing and so helpful! Thank you so much and I will recommend it to everyone I meet.
Writing from my partners account as I don't know how to change it! Could not recommend this shop highly enough. This was the third shop we went to and the first to offer us a cup of tea! The staff were so friendly and wonderfully helpful - they even let me pop in near closing to retry my dress after another appointment which left me a little confused. Staff were knowledgeable and got my style and what suited by shape down to a T. This is the first ever review I've ever written - that's how good I thought this shop was!
Laura and Sue were absolutely incredible. My mum and maid of honour were not going to be able to attend the wedding dress try-on due to covid-19. I had emailed Laura during lockdown to ask about wifi connectivity so that I could call my mum while there. Without any prompting on my part, Laura and Sue went and bought wifi boosters and set up a zoom call on an ipad so that they could be every part of the experience. They had BEAUTIFUL dresses to try on, and made sure my mum felt included in every part. They really went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. I will be forever grateful to them for making such a wonderful memory for us, and how kind they were every step of the way. Thank you ladies, can't recommend them enough!
I couldn't recommend the lovely team at the Bridal Room more. The experience from start to finish was simply fantastic. I bought my dress, veil and flower girl dress and they were all beautiful. Laura really understood me and helped me find the perfect gown. The appointments were stress-free and the fit of my gown was superb. I felt amazing on my special day, thank you so much.
