The Breakfast Club Hackney Wick

New Year's Day 2021, open for takeaway only and it was PURE CHAOS! They had a system in place for people ordering but the online orders had apparently overwhelmed them. They was a very brusque blond person with long hair handing out the bags of food and being unnecessarily aggy with people. The delivery drivers were extremely impatient also, one dropped a whole order on the floor and left it there, steaming in the January air until the pigeons swooped and had a New Years Day feast of their own. Once I actually got my food it was ok but unfortunately as they pack it with plastic lids, the crispy food gets sweaty and soft which is rather unpleasant. Nevertheless I didn't have to cook so it was almost worth it.

Was a regular in 2017. Went back recently and the menu has changed which was a disappointment. Food was still good with high quality ingredients. Sat next to the window with the lovely London sun . Staff are amazing as usual . All in all lovely experience

Not as busy as other chains surprisingly as the food was very nice and of high quality . Also was very filling. The staff were very welcoming and extremely nice. would definitely visit again.

Ordered a take out for my daughter's birthday Friday lunchtime, cornflake chicken waffle dish is their best so far, portion was huge. Easy to eat out of the takeaway pot, food was pipping hot and service with a smile, thanks for making our day

Hearty food and great coffee, in a serene spot by the canal. Friendly service and good juice to boot.
