Sunday roast, had the beef and it was really nice, the beef was tender, plenty of nicely cooked vegetables (not hard). Lovely yorkshire & roast potatoes and the gravy was great. All delivered piping hot. Highly recommend.

Great italian meal
This pub has a really nice, courteous staff. It's in a well maintained condition and has a good outdoor area as well. The drinks are clearly dispensed from clean pipes and the whole pub follows the pattern of cleanliness. It's highly Covid compliant, so you're as safe as you can expect under the present circumstances. The locals are friendly and decent people too - so don't be put people off if you're a little reserved - you'll be welcome. All-in-all, The Bowling Green is a friendly, welcoming and clean English pub. If you're in Southam and after refreshment, it's worth asking where The Bowling Green is ... you'll be glad you did.
What a super place for fine ales and lovely food, well thought out during the covid season!. Well done to the barman who didn't stop.
Friendly pubs, nice food, massive beer garden with kids play area! Dogs allowed in the bar!
