Amazing environment and very friendly service. The meals were fresh and delicious. Will clearly recommend this restaurant to friends. Reasonable prices and generous portions. Good job.

Fantastic food,presentation was top drawer. A birthday celebration (mentioned on booking) our table was at the back so we couldn't appreciate the splendour of the whole restaurant which was disappointing. Face visors would be more appropriate for staff as communication was difficult upon entrance to ordering. As I say great food but the experience was underwhelming.

We chose The Botanist for our 7 year anniversary. The service in these difficult times didn't disappoint. Nicole was courteous & pleasant. Particularly loved the mustard dip with my chipolata starter & Botanist cocktail which is very refreshing. My partners steak was cooked to perfection. Prices are higher here than most places but it's very much worth it.

Absolutely visually stunning place to eat. The restaurant even has a small stream flowing through it. The inside pavilion houses a piano which is sometimes played during the meal - but not when we went. Social distancing was well handled. The toilets were also some of the cleanest I've seen. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Zero complaints there. The food is also decently priced - as were the range of cocktails on offer. We eacb had one. The food was generally quite good and nearly everyone was happy, but a few found some strange flavours that detracted slightly. This was probably just person preference because in general we were happy with the evening.

Nice atmosphere & space the live background music was good. Cocktails drinks are expensive but were well made & presented. I felt more staff was needed at the bar to serve drinks. The food that was being served around us looked good but we did not sample. Maybe next time we visit. Enjoyed our visit will definitely go again next time in Coventry.
