Overall a lovely experience but quite mixed! The starters of bang bang cauliflower, onion petals and calamari were absolutely delicious, especially the cauli - a must try! The non alcoholic rhubarb cocktail was tasty but the amount of ice watered it down quite quickly and made the paper straw go limp (a difficult to avoid shame..) then we noticed a massive lipstick mark on the glass. I was offered another drink instead but decided to save it for a coffee at the end. This in the final bill was not reimbursed. The mains were great, yummy cauliflower and potato curry, cauli noodles and the halloumi kebab. A bit expensive if it would come with the wrap and chilli creme fraixhe at over 15 pounds. But there is attention to detail and the veg was cooked well, charred not just thrown into the curry. We loved the starters and mains and ordered americanos at the end. They came in large home style mugs which at first we thought was cute, but the coffee was way too strong for that quantity and also came with a mini copper vat of frothed milk that didn't actually fit in the mug. I feel like this was a nice thought but not actually tested out. Would have preferred a smaller or weaker coffee in a nicer more open mug so it could cool , no milk. We would've had a dessert had they not been totally overblown with sweets and candy, (curly wurly, biscoff, strawberry jelly etc), felt a juxtaposition to the sophisticated cocktails and decor. Maybe they could offer a small desserts such as brownie bites and coffee or affogato for 4.50 I enjoyed the food and will try to recreate the cauliflower bites but would not order coffee there again and be careful with not well washed plates, cutlery and glasses. We shouldn't really have paid for the lipstick drink but overall we're glad we went
