Superb food and pleasant restaurant. The Prawn and Smoked Salmon starter on the Sunday menu was very generous and, as you can see, one of the best Sunday lunches I've enjoyed in a long while. Well worth a drive out.

Great pub and great service. Lovely food, good selection of ales/lagers and plenty of space. Pub has been sympathetically re-developed to provide a warm welcome and great atmosphere. Lived in the village a long time so we are lucky to have this on our doorstep - support it everyone!!!
We came across this pub yesterday afternoon whilst out walking, called in for a quick pint.But once we saw food menu we just HAD to sample some sharing snacks for lunch.We enjoyed it so much that my husband booked us in for an evening meal.We were not disappointed!! And will definitely be returning in the future
