Stopped off for lunch on the way home from a Manchester Airport drop off, had the steak and ale pie, it was possibly the best steak and ale pie I've ever had, it was lovely with chips and my choice of mushy peas washed down with craft beer. This pub is a gem worth looking out for. Staff were great and very Covid 19 safe well done to them.

Not been for a while but glad to see it's still as good as ever. Really enjoyed the chicken suvlaki, my partner had the sea bass salad and it had lovely juicy prawns, whitebait and he said the salmon was delicious. The strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake was scrumptious. Nice surroundings, good staff and attention to detail. Thank you
A really lovely country inn & restaurant, set in gorgeous surroundings. The food was delicious; staff couldn't do enough for us, efficient and extremely friendly. We enjoyed an evening meal and would highly recommend The Booth Wood Inn. It feels nice to support this family run business, working hard on both product and service. Met friends for lunch. A halfway meet. Leeds and Manchester. Very well socially distanced. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Food was amazing!
Incredibly friendly staff, love the family atmosphere of the place. Came on a busy Saturday night and there were plenty of staff so no one seemed rushed off their feet. Wide range of drinks options and delicious home made fresh food with regularly changing specials.
