We have ordered pickup three times in the last 2.5-3 months and each time the food was late and cold. Yesterday, February 6, 2021 was the last straw. Placed a very simple burger and fries order(3 separate meals) on-line at 6:30pm, was informed it would be ready at 7:30pm...finally received our order at 7:46pm....great food but service is consistently horrible. Three strikes you're out.
This is a great spot to get a beer and watch all the big games. I can't wait until baseball season arrives in action watch some Indians game here. Really love their burgers also.
Great place to eat. We ordered both lunch and dinner (took dinner home). The staff was friendly and the food was very tasty. Big menu and lots of choices. Of course everyone as different experience but for my first time there i was rather happy with the establishment.
Good food and service. The buffalo cauliflower bites were excellent. The breading was crisp. The cajun chicken salad was tasty. Lots of good toppings and felt like you were getting your money's worth. Looking forward to coming back to try more food on the menu Appreciated the precautions they were taking at the door for the pandemic.
