Lovely cocktails especially the key lime pie and twister one

Service incredibly poor. Waitress twice brought out a card machine that did not work. We requested a second cocktail menu which she said she would bring over but didn't. We then ordered 3 cocktails and only 2 arrived. After we chased eventually got the third cocktail 20 minutes after the first 2. To be fair the waitress was pleasant enough but just didn't seem to care.
Very slow service, you're given a pointpess red/green card to turn over to green when you want a drink but people end up just waving the green above their heads trying to get served (while the bar staff just dtand chatting) as you're not allowed to move from the taped square on the floor unless you need to toilet. When you finally get your order taken expect at least a 15-20 min wait for drinks arrive & they wont all arrive together. You'll have another 5min wait between drinks for no apparent reason. If its this slow for service now when only say 10 seated tables are allowed then we definitely wont be returning.
Service was shocking, completely ignored by the bar staff. Served other customers first who had entered after us. The bar was no where near full and we were in clear view of all staff. We have been in this bar several times, but will not be returning.
Great bar. Great cocktails. Well worth a visit. Good value for money.
