What a lovely little pub. Booked last minute and they found a table for us on a busy Sunday. I had the Roast Beef Dinner and my son had a New Yorker Burger. Food was very nice, decent price and good portions. Service was prompt and really friendly. Puddings also really nice, I recommend the sticky toffee.

Lovely cosy pub in a side street. Very warm and welcoming with friendly staff. Large, well kept garden facing south. Excellent real ales, very well kept. Although we did not eat, the menu and food that we saw looked delicious, with generous portions. Hope to be back soon.

My wife and I nipped in here for a spot of lunch on our way out for a romantic anniversary get away. What a GREAT decision that was! Absolutely LOVE this pub, the food was fantastic, the drinks were delicious (I'd recommend the Moonshine by the way), and the service was was superb! As it's close to us we will deffinately be back for more. A huge thank you to everyone at The Boat Inn for making this years anniversary extra special.

Nice pub with a garden, pleasant staff and decent looking food menu. Carling was 3.90.
