I came here for an evening meal with friends. It was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a lovely vibrant atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and helpful: and even though there was six of us...nothing was too much trouble. Three of us had the lamb and three of us had the beefburgers....and it was all beautifully cooked and presented. The desserts were wonderful too. I chose the white chocolate cheesecake and one of the group had the chocolate brownie. They were both delicious. All in all a wonderful dining experience. Will definitely come again.

Fabulous location, we were fortunate to get a window seat, but the whole place is very well set up. Lovely relaxed & comfortable atmosphere. Service was friendly, welcoming & efficient & the food was delicious & very reasonably priced. Absolutely loved it, can definitely see why it's so popular, book well in advance to avoid disappointment. It's worth the wait.
Excellent menu with original dishes presented well that taste as good as they look. Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our individual choices and will certainly recommend the Boat House to our friends. Staff were charming and knew about the food and drinks on offer. And to top off the evening we were lucky and got a table by French windows looking across the Avon, beautiful.
The Boat House has a large garden on the river Avon, with a bar... a great place for a few pints or drinks by the river with friends
