Great pub, lovely owners and staff. Had a lovely Sunday Roast, 3 meats, 3 types of potatoes, 2 types of stuffing, pigs in blankets, Yorkshire's, 4 types of veg, gravy and sauces, not forgetting the lovely home made soup to start. All served piping hot and very presentable. Could not fault it. Have popped back in for the lunch time special (over 60s) 2 coarses for 4.95 what's not to like, the sausage and mash was really really good with ice cream to follow. Wish we lived nearby as I would make this lovely pub my local.

Smashing little pub. Ideal as we were off to the zoo after lunch. Good menu. Children had sausage, chips and beans which came first as they take longer to eat. Hunters chicken and 2 homemade steak & ale pies with proper homemade thick chips which were so good. We'll use again next time we go to the zoo. Thank you Karen.
Friendly staff..quick service... Food came out quite quickly..nice presentation... unfortunately my Lasagna was not nice...poor quality of products...the whole time was spent wafting small flies away from us.. little fruit flies... dissatisfied and disappointed.....
Yes I work here and decided for the first time to bring my 4 kids to work for a family meal with my sister and her 4 kids , Our kids absolutely demolished there grub , They told me they loved it and especially there make your own ice-cream, thanku so much for putting a smile on our kids faces and filling them up and I loved being on the other side of the bar hehehe xxx
