My husband and I have been here for tea tonight and are not from this area. We had a lovely dinner here and couldn't resist having a pudding too. Lovely service and great food. Would definitely recommend.

A very welcoming pub with a good selection of beers and spirits. It has a very good menu, the food is very well cooked and presented.
Very welcoming landlord who couldn’t do any more for you, excellent service. Food was great and very reasonably priced, as was the local ale (Nelson’s Revenge). Safety measures in place were the best we’ve experienced so far since lockdown. The beer garden was huge so lots of room for the little ones to run about. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.
Very friendly . Food is really good. I do suggest booking in advance as it's always busy.
