The store was really really busy not covid safe at all. Customers were unable to social distance due to the volume of customers in the store at one time. The store was very well stocked and the young gentlemen on the till was very helpful and polite.
Very very bizzy waited outside for 20mins other people were going in lots of people not wearing face masks maybe when they went in but i felt unsafe did not get to go in i just walked away not risking it

They’ve spent so much money on the centre but why the planners get it so wrong? The entrance and exit to the car park is so narrow and so are the parking spaces. Car parking rates are so high at 1.50 for the first hour and so on. It’s just a money making machinery with no thought of the common shoppers. There’s something not right of the design and ambience of the whole place. Shopping is not so brilliant either comparing with Oracle in Reading and Festival Place in Basingstoke.
