We loved this place. Great little find with a welcoming warm interior and a very delicious chateaubriand! Not cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. Will definitely go back if we pass through the area again.

I love the decor here. Friendly staff, great range of wines and drinks. I haven't eaten here for a long time, but when I did it was delicious.
Your pub looks lovely. Found out via Ancestry that my great great great grandfather was once the owner of the 'The Blade and Bone Inn as it was in the 1700s. I will definitely visit for a spot of lunch!
Beautiful pub and very accommodating to us as we arrived early with our bikes ahead of our reservation. Food was very good and well priced, beer and drinks list was great for what we were looking for. The second week after lockdown the service, food order and service of drinks was slow, but still charming and understandable in a table service environment that they may not be used to. Will definitely go back and wish them all the best.
Fabulous gastropub. The food, the decor, the atmosphere. All of it! It's classy but relaxed and not at all pretentious. Run by a lovely couple. Service can be a little slow but you don't mind in this setting. It's nice not to be rushed for a change. Treat yourself!
