Always a good pub. Really good food and very friendly. Things are different now but the team are definitely upbeat. Plenty of room in the lovely garden. Easy to distance. Dogs welcome. We have been going there with our kids for years and there is a park directly behind with a children's play area. Perfect evening out.

Great place for ramblers! Pub lunches to compete with the best out there. Good food well presented. Live music 1st Sunday of the month. A good sense of humour detected in the decor of the Gents toilet. (See photos). Also dog friendly.
Lovely traditional pub. Friendly staff. Good choice of food, burger tasty and good value. Lovely beer garden
First pub lunch since lockdown and it was superb. Excellent social distancing in place and food and ale as good as ever. Garden is gorgeous so best in fair weather.
