Excellent - covid safe - brilliantly run you are made to wait at the entrance - all the rules are explained and your asked to gell your hands - then you are shown to your table - there are 9 tables in all - really friendly staff - toilets are on ground level and are immaculate - if there is no free tables cleaned you are turned away - excellent recommended.

Been here twice in the last week whilst on holiday. Busy town centre pub, queued to get in. Pleased to see they are very covid 19 compliant, tables and chairs thoroughly cleaned beetween customers. All rules explained before being shown to our table. Orders for food and drinks taken at the table by friendly and efficient staff, waiting times for both was quick. Food on both visits was well cooked and tasty and filling. Enjoyed our time here and will be back when next in the area
My girlfriend and I managed to get a table here and were very impressed with both the food and the service! They were very busy and did a fantastic job organizing tables and making sure the customers were happy. The food was really nice so thank you chef all in all a pleasant experience and worth a visit
Brilliantly organised, the lady running the floor explained everything before we entered and made sure all covid rules we followed at all times. She missed nothing and kept service moving without any delay. There are a lot of places that could learn so much about how to control a pub from this lady. I take my hat off to her professionalism.
Absolutely lovely pub, I didn't get the waiters name but there were 2 women and they were the nicest, funniest people we'd met for a while. The food was perfect as well and the town was beautiful
