Popped in for a late Sunday lunch. We hadn't booked but were politely welcomed and found a table. The ambience, meal and staff were superb, probably the best roast I've ever had. Great beer too, all in all a lovely time.
Looks lovely, general staff come across nicely but the \main\ man is very elitist. Would have stayed for more than a single drink if we'd been spoken to reasonably. At point of leaving, struck up a conversation with another lady who'd been asked to move her camper, it didn't quite fit in with the elitist attitude by the sounds of things. Obviously this guy judged general attire or vehicles that aren't up to his exacting standards, oh to be that perfect! Don't waste your money here, there's far friendlier local places.
Just popped in for a bit of lunch. Was overall a very welcome experience. Server and tapas were superb. Could have been topped by having a flame in the fireplace, but that would be a very superficial whinge. It was very good indeed...
Great food and hostelry, but service very slow. One person was doing everything and we felt for her, We booked for dinner that evening but food was great but service was the same as lunch time. Gorgeous place but need more help Covid I suppose
