We visited the black dog on a Sunday afternoon (book ahead as indoor seating has been restricted with covid). We ordered the Pork Sunday roast and a cheese burger. Food came reasonably quickly despite the pub being full and was reasonable (quality and price). Staff didn't spend much time at the table (understandable with covid) but this did make getting the bill and paying a little difficult (as a result we didn't order any more drinks or dessert) Decent enough pub.

Very nice pub with lovely atmosphere! Went there with my boyfriend for some drinks and food. We both loved it!! The food was soooo delicious. Can't wait to go again soon, wanting to try their Sunday roast
Love this pub, wonderful atmosphere and great food. Liked it so much I had my wedding party here and it was fantastic!
Great food,although sitting outside was a little cold!!
