I ordered over 40 worth of product, which never turned up. I had made a mistake in entering the postcode in my address, but the company has failed to respond to emails trying to correct that error and rearrange delivery (which I was happy to pay for).

First class service, an order I needed for the weekend was lost in the post (Fathers day). After speaking with an understanding man on the phone another parcel was delivered with in 24 hours

Fantastic service, it arrived quickly and well packaged. The meat is really nice, good flavour not overly dry. Will definitely be buying from them again.
