Found this place online when looking for an Electric bike for the wife. I asked a question at 10pm one night on the website and they got back to me with 5 minutes. Asked a few more questions and again quick reply. Ordered that night and picked it up next morning. Bike all built and service with a smile. Wife lived the bike but the seat post was just a little bit to high. So emailed them again and they said no problems just bring it in. Next day popped in a they cut th tube at the bottom by half an inch. Very happy wife. Great service and thanks for your help.
Haven't got a bad word to say! Has been helpful since I purchased my bike and getting it for its first service and also getting other bits done has been a breeze! Colin has been especially helpful! Would 100% recommend.

Bike bought online from them direct at a good price. Shipped following day, arrived well packaged without damage, and just needed the bars swinging round and the pedals popped on. Great service.
