Brilliant customer service. Responded super quickly to emails with advice and pictures of appropriate bikes and then incredibly friendly, professional and helpful when I booked to go and test/buy the bike. Really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I’ll def be returning to buy any extras that I need.

Pulled in mid-ride due to a mechanical. Didn't catch his name but the guy was so lovely and helpful, and got me back out on the road in no time! Will be giving the bike shed my custom when its time for a service! :)
Popped in to pick up some bontrager bar tape for my Trek roadie. Gentleman working there was extremely helpful. Will definitely be my port of call for parts in the future, and possibly a new bike.
Great little bike cafe tucked away on the South Downs Way. Good bike parking with tasty food and coffee.
